LCDC Student Application

Email the completed application to dir@lockhartcdc.org. You will be contacted to discuss the next steps in the enrollment process. There is a non-refundable application fee of $50 due at the time of official enrollment.

Cost of tuition

The weekly cost of tuition will range from $250 to $300, depending on the age of child and their classroom assignment. If you are interested in enrolling your child(ren) in our program, please fill out the application found below.
